Private post please.
I left my partner back in August due to domestic violence. He isn’t allowed to see our children because of this. Every month I’m having to chase him for maintenance. The CSA are involved but they said he has to miss a payment it can take up to 3 months for them to take money from him directly. He transferred me half the money 5 days late and is still refusing to transfer me the rest. He has done nothing but control and abuse me for 9 years. I feel like I’m stuck in a situation and I don’t no What I can do about it.. any advice on what I can do?
