Private post please!

In need of some advice mums. I came off the depo in February after only having one injection ( it made me feel ill all the time and it made me cranky so me and my partner argued a lot more ). I’ve been lightly spotting now for almost 2 weeks,at first I thought it was my period returning again so thought nothing of it but I’ve been getting egg white like discharge with the blood (both have stopped for a few days now) ,stomach aches,nausea and headaches. I’ve taken a pt as that was my first thought and it’s negative 😕 just wanted to see if these are normal symptoms or if I should go to my doctors? I feel like I’d be wasting their time. Sorry if I sound a bit naive 😰
