Private post please …. Me and my ex partner ended on bad terms 2 years ago, we have a little girl together. He was cheating and coming home to me and my little girl every night for three months until he finally decided to choose her and leave. He never just left me he turned his back on my little girl, he changed his number and moved out of Liverpool. He never helped me with financial support he just completely cut all ties with us both. Long story short, I now have a family with a new partner and a new baby, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been! I realise now what it feels like to actually be happy and not brainwashed. Anyway … he left me because he told me I made him unhappy for controlling his life which I didn’t actually do !! I told him he wasn’t aloud to smoke weed or drive his mates round who sold drugs because I was worried the smell of drugs would linger in our family car where my daughter spent most of the time in when we went out. He was cheating with a girl who had the same hobbies as him … smoking weed, drinking & taking drugs. I have proof of texts and pictures to say this is true. He even text me at one point two years ago saying he regretted everything because he realised she was a wild party girl who loved all the things I was against. Anyway they’ve apparently got back together and have stopped everything they used to do now two years down the line he’s took me to court !! He’s said he wants full weekend access of her and has gave allegations towards me that I abuse my daughter !!! He hasn’t seen her or spoke to us for two years !!! It’s come as an absolute shock and at the minute with a newborn I’m not in work but I’ve payed £600+ for a great solicitor. Everyone’s telling me I deffiantly won’t get full access of my daughter but she has his surname !! What do use think will happen? I don’t want him having her weekends over night he doesn’t live anywhere near me she doesn’t even know him! My nerves are gone. Anxiety is kicking in
