My Son is 1 year old and has a couple of health problems and so i done the mistake of cuddling to sleep while his was a baby to comfort him.
Now he is 1 and had his operations i want to get him into the routine of self soothing himself to sleep but its not working! i have attempted the controlled crying method but within 5 mintues of putting in his cot he is making himself sick so i dont know what to do.
any help/advice please?
