Private post please. Need some advice please no bashing. My daughter is 9 months old and doesn’t sleep in the day time she has maybe 2 15 minute sleeps. Night time is dreadful she can wake upto 15 times (no exaggeration) she drops her dummy then wants milk or water to settle back to sleep for maybe another 20 mins till she wakes up again. She will not self settle tried numerous bedtime routines she is too strong willed to give up when I tried controlled crying and to be honest hurt me more listening to her cry. Iam shattered getting up for work. My mum helps so much but I would like to be able to get some advice please x
