not baby related but any mums got any advice for leg chafing it’s that time of year again and my legs chafe so bad day 1 out in a dress and I have unbelievably sore legs so any advice is much appreciated thanks in advance x

Vasaline in between your thighs I tried it other day and it was amazing my legs usually chaff so bad I end up walking funny but on school run I was practically gliding 😂
I have just bought a fab product on Amazon it is called Body glide or similar? It’s like a stick deodorant type thing which you rub on , it’s worked bloody miracles for me and my daughter!! It’s around a tenner, but it will last ages! Best thing since sliced bread I promise!!!!
Marathon runners etc use it!
I however only run a bath 😜
If im wearing a dress then I wear spanx or cycling shorts underneath. Not exactly sexy but it saves from the dreaded chafing lol x
I’ve just found these things on ebay, they are called anti chafing leg bands. They look like garters and are supposed to be good x
I wear short leggings underneath dresses and short shorts. I find that creams etc don’t work for me
Wear some thin leggings underneath, works a treat!
Oily sun lotion not the cream the spray oil one
I always put on a bit of talc before I’m about to go out…it works wonders 👌🏼
Liquid talc. £1 in asda. Im a big woman and this works for me. May need topping up later in the day

Lanacane anti-chafing. In a green and yellow tube, can get it over the counter in most chemists xxx
Athetes foot powder it absorbs the sweat and helps the soreness good under boobs too x
Talc works well and you can carry a small amount with you to put on when needed.
