So I’ve just found out on Tuesday that I’m pregnant with my third I’m roughly 5 weeks. I’m on the pill and me and my partner have just started seeing each other again last month so this was the last thing we wanted! The problem is the last couple of days I’ve been getting pain low down in my tummy and it’s gotten worse the past few hours it’s quite a stab like feeling along with cramps, I’m now getting pain in my back and I feel very light headed. I’ve looked at possibilities with the symptoms and ectopic pregnancy is of course coming up but I have no bleeding at all. Anyone had this? Xx
