Sorry for tmi but I am 10 weeks pregnant and have noticed that I have white crusty in my nipples is this the start of me producing milk I’m not sure it’s my first time becoming a mum I mean I don’t have milk in them as my boobs haven’t leaked but there is white crust in them that I can get out but it quite annoying and a little sore
