Sorry this is gong to be a little tmi 😢 I was told around 3/4 years ago that I have ibs due to showing some the symptoms of it, but the last few nights in particular I have been in agony. Cramps around my back and stomach, growing/bubbling sounds in my stomach. Also ( tmi I am sorry ) I’ve been passing loose stools. Painkillers aren’t helping wth the cramps. I’m seeking advice as to wether it is ibs I have or something else 😢 please don’t bash xx
