Las year whilst In Asda me and my three children where going up the Travelator/escalator/moving walk way to look at the clothes section.

I had two of my children behind me and my 6-year-old was in front of the trolley, as we got to the top my son Elijah got his shoe lace stuck in the top where you step off, his lace was being pulled into mechanism pulling his leg downwards whilst my son tried to rip his leg upwards, screaming in agony and you could see the pain and panic in his eyes.

My trolley was in the way and I had to squeeze past to quickly whip his shoe off, the shoe was ripped to bits.

His big toe was badly cut, he had ripped his muscles up his leg, the hospital said he was lucky that his injuries were so minor.

PLEASE CHECK THEIR LACES and make sure anything loose is out-of-the-way.
