What helps to bring on contractions?? Had my second sweep this afternoon! I’m 4cm(midwife could stretch easily to 5cm), soft cervix, baby engaged, my waters are bulging! I’ve not had any contractions or waters yet:( how can I bring them on? I’ve had sex, been on a walk! I’ve had groggy heavy feeling low down, some Braxton Hicks and a little lower back ache but definitely not contractions. We just want baby here now! 😞 xx
