Can I have a ppp?
I’ve been with my boyfriend a couple of years I live in a council house an dont work due to having a young child an he works full time an owns his own house so mortgage, council tax etc. He stays over at my house a few nights a week an sometimes i might stay the off night at his with my son. I think someone is watching my house like dwp?? There was a car which was parked facing my house watching it an then followed me but ive recently fell out with someone so think they have reported me saying someone is living with me even though he’s not!! Does anyone know the official rules for dwp on someone staying over?? He doesn’t pay nothing in to my house he just stays a few nights a week. I thought it was ok for someone to sleep over an didn’t matter on the number of nights it’s to do with if they pay in to the house I.e buys shopping etc …. I’m worrying a little bit now as I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong but I dont know the official dwp rules ….. x
