Can I have a PPP?
My partner has a child with his ex, She stopped him from seeing his child just before we met. He’s being going through lawyers. She’s refused mediation twice & now its going straight to court. He’s in the armed forces & has been told his chances of getting contact is very slim as his child has autism. So even though he’ll be paying all this money he might not even get contact. His child is nearly 5 and hasn’t seen him for 2yrs. She’s moved her boyfriend in as well. He’s on the birth certificate. She stopped him because they’re relationship broke down. Anyone been through something similar? Is there anything else he can do to see his child. Surely they cant stop him just because he has autism?
