39 weeks pregnant tomorrow, I was induced last night at 6.30 due to 3 episodes of reduced movement throughout my pregnancy. this is my first baby btw.. I started having contractions a few hours later, the MW just keeps giving me codeine and paracetamol. the pain is excruciating … they’re lasting about 50 seconds every 3/4 minutes. I guess what I want to know is how long after did actual labour start?… did it start before they examined you 24 hour after inserting the pessary ? I’m confused but they don’t help … I don’t know what to expect 😞
