Can I have a private post please? I’m just wanting to know if anyone has any experience of getting a child arrangement order with an emotionally abusive ex? There have been allegations of cannabis use against him and I believe he is emotionally unstable due to his increasing mood swings. Is it likely that he would get 50% custody?
