Can I have a private post please?
I’ve recently gone through Work place bullying which I tried to ignore, in the end I ended up on anti depressants for the stress and went on sick. I also suffered with post natal depression 3 years ago.
Anyway one night out of anger I vented on Facebook slating my company, my employee found out and issued me with a disciplinary. I contacted Acas who advised me I didn’t need to attend whilst on sick with my condition, I informed my employer and also the fact she had gone against my employee confidentiality by informing other workers of my stress, slagging me off.
Would just like to know what’s people’s opinions on this?
I know I made a bad move with the Facebook posts.
Also my company are very corrupt with the bosses bullying staff, a lot of complaints get brushed under the carpet
