Could you post for me please…
Iv had a bad week with depression and I’m struggling still Iv got medication but has anyone got any advice for the sickness? I constantly feel sick haven’t eaten for days but when I do eat I just bring it back up it’s like I can’t win. Feel really weak and shaky but no idea what to do to stop this! Iv pushed myself to clean the house top to bottom this morning but now I’m lightheaded and it is frightening know I have two kids that rely on me. Any advice would be much appreciated.. thank you xx
