Hello, may I have a private post please:
I have a residency order for a 5 yo. Over night stays with the biological parents is forbidden until the order dissolves (at 18 this states she must stay with me until then) I am trying to apply for her first passport, and asked the biological mother for permission as well as her passport details and grandparents. (The father is not on the birth certificate but has parental rights from DNA) he has no objection to the passport issue. However the biological mother is stating she will fight to stop this happening and a trip to Disney land later in the year. Please bare in mind she hasn’t seen or contacted the child since August 17, and is arguing that we have not been committed to taking the child to contacts with siblings, when we haven’t been contacted about any arranged visits or sibling contacts since August last year. (I have proof of all contact made, or lack of) I am going to our solicitor on Monday, but has anyone been through similar, I’ve spoken to the passport office and tried every avenue so far. Thank you
