Help please, ☺️ anyone have any advice for migraines? Went to bed last night with the worlds worst migraine, made me sick, shaking, cold. Woke this morning and it’s still there.. not as bad as last night but I have to be mummy today and I don’t think I can cope lol.. 🙈 had some paracetamol this morning is there anything I can do to make it easier please? Xxx
