Mum’s who suffer from migraines or hemiplegic migraines

I’m 26 and was dianoised 2 years ago with hemiplegic migraines. I’m under a neurologists every 6 months. These last 6 months my migraines have been horrendous. My left side is so painful and feel like my left side is going to explode it gets to the point my eye can’t stand being open,I’m weak on my right side.i feel like there’s no room in my skull with the pain and the way making me feel, not matter what I do the pain doesn’t ease off. I can’t look down because the pains that intense. My medication isn’t working not or strong painkillers. I’ve rang my neurologist to get an emergency appointment. Have any ladies suffered the same?
