Hey. could I get a post please? I really need some advice for a friend. She’s recently found out she’s pregnant and had to have a lot of scans and blood tests done because she was bleeding and she’d recently fractured her lower spine.
She has been told by a doctor at her hospital that she should terminate because she’d had 6 X-rays at the hospital before she found out she was pregnant (she would have been about 3 weeks) because of the effects this COULD have on the baby. I think this is ridiculous of a doctor to tell her and I’ve told her to get a second opinion. Has anyone on here had X-rays and then found out they were pregnant and what were you told/what was the outcome? Could really do with some advice before she takes the advice of a shitty doctor and does something she will regret and that maybe isn’t even something she needs to do?
