Hi can I have a pp please in 39weeks +5 I have been having contractions since 2 this morning I spoken to the labour ward they said to ring back when my contractions are ever 3 mins I’m now currently getting then evey 4 mins but I’m in so much pain what should I do to speed things up any help first time mum thanks ss
