Can anyone help? I’ve just started maternity (due 2nd baby on sunday) but I’ll only be getting statutory maternity pay. I’ve been told that we will get working tax for 39weeks (I’ve rang and spoken to them) . I’ve got the form and everything to fill it out with but it has nothing on the form to say that I’ll be getting SMP. Would it be easier to fill it all out when she’s here? It’s confusing me because when I spoke to them on the phone they said take 100 a week off my wage per week. I don’t know what to do for the best. X
