Hello ladies, this is a sensitive subject and not sure what I’m going to gain from it but any advice will be appreciated. Since having my second child 4months ago (birth was horrendous I had 2nd degree tear and stitches), sex is really painful I try to have sex with my partner when he wants it but I dread it as it hurts so much! 😣 Is there anything I can try to make it easier and painless like certain positions etc? Thanks x
