I have 2 girls aged 2&8 …. my 2 YO is at Nursery 5 mornings a week & is picked up from Nursery by our childminder from in the afternoons. My childminder has recently had a turnover of assistants & I was wondering if there’s any checks I can do as a parent without my childminders knowledge to ensure my child is being cared for by a qualified professional assistant?
Please no bashing as I’m not judging either my childminder or her assistant, my child is happy & confident going to her house, my husband has asked if there is anywhere we can check to make sure xxx
