Can you do a post for me on the relevant page please

Sorry for the long post but really need advice about what to do.

My daughter had a chest infection in July and was in hospital for 3 days and was discharged and with an inhaler. This weekend I noticed her breathing wasn’t right and was a little wheezy and took her to a walk in centre and they told me to put her on her inhaler again which I have. My mum wrote a clear letter to Nursery saying the instructions about the inhaler yesterday all was followed and fluid levels monitored. The same was done for the childminder and she was informed that my dad was at home doing work on the house but could pick up straight away if she needed to be. The childminder has given my daughter the inhaler an hour late. She hasn’t contacted my dad either bit has said when I picked up that I need to take her to hospital

I just don’t know what to say to the childminder as I’m not happy about any of this
