Hi, I’m not sure if you can post this?
My mil asked yesterday what to get my 2yr old son for Christmas I’m stuck myself so I’ve just said “anything appropriate for his age” but she’s told me she wants to spend 200 on him because that’s what the things for her granddaughter adds up too. Well I don’t want her spending that much on my son. What if I couldn’t afford to spend that much on him? He’s my son I should be the one spending that kind of money on him. I want to tell her not to spend that much but I don’t know how too without sounding ungrateful and a bitch because that’s how much her daughter is expecting her to spend which I personally think is absolutely ridiculous!
