Need some advice on how to apply for child maintenance my ex now has a steady job but I don’t know his hours or how much he is earning a week he has never payed anything for his son who is now 18 months has him 1/2 nights a week and doesn’t have to buy anything for me as I provide everything does anyone know is I am entitled to anything or a back payment please xxx
