Has anyone got any experience of water infections in little boys? My little boy is 1 and has been a bit fussy and clingy the past few days. He had his injections on Monday just gone and has 2 teeth coming through so just put it down to that but this morning he woke up with wet clothes where his nappy had leaked and they smelt really strongly of amonia. I’ve managed to collect a water sample this morning as my plan was to take him to the walk in centre as I thought maybe water infection but he wasn’t uncomfortable weeing and the sample doesn’t have a strong smell. Could it be a water infection or probably not?
