Hi please could i have a private post?
I am wanting to try kalms tablets and wondering which is the best for me. I have seen the lavander one which is good for worrying and stress but also seen the one to help me sleep. I cant sleep because im worrying and stressed all the time, which would people reccomend not sure i can take both at the same time. I cant find one that helps releive stress/worrying but also says it helps sleep. Thanks in advance i wouldnt usually post but after getting 2-3 hours a night i need to find something that will help.
