Hi there. Could you do an anonymous post for me please.
I just want advice on living in a housing association house with a joint tenancy with my partner and our daughter (aged 3).
Has anyone been in this situation and has wanted to leave the relationship?
Can I get sole tenancy? Can I get rehoused if I leave with my child? How easy is it to leave with my child even though the father is named on the birth certificate?
Is it easier or possible for him to leave? And what if he won’t?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
