I have a dentist app on friday and I’m terrified of them-i haven’t been to 1 in 5 years. I took drugs when I was a teenager and my teeth have rotted away I know I need to go to this app but when I think about it I get nervous and paniky any advice to calm my nerves please (my friend is coming with me) x tia
