I don’t wanna sound silly so no bashing please

I’m only 5 weeks + 4 days pregnant and I keep going really dizzy. Seeing spots in front of my eyes. Whenever I stand up I keep losing my balance. Is there anything I can do. I’ve taken paracetamol but nothing is working. Also getting cramping pains
