Hiya please can I keep this private. This isn’t a beg post just really need a bit of advice.
I went to collect my benefits today about an hour ago. From post office account. Took out the full amount £163.40. Income support and child benefit for my 2 children.
Went to my local morrisons and went to pay to find my purse missing. Followed my rout and its nowhere to be found. Reported to the police and they have given me a crime reference number.
Has this ever happened to anyone else? Is it possible to receive a same day payment from income support? If so how long did it take to come throu?
I am waiting for them to call me back see what they say. But could be waiting until tomorrow lunch time.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. And thank you for reading
