My son is 10. He has always been a fidget. He is unable to keep still or behave in a social setting. If we go for food he keeps moving, picking at things. If we go out he jumps and gambols about. He is always climbing. He struggles with his school literacy work but excels at maths and art. I ask him to behave, calm down etc and it lasts minutes before he is off again. I have always just put it down to being a boy but hoped he would have grown out of it now.
He chews his clothes or picks holes in them. Going out is a complete nightmare because of him. He is always putting things in his mouth. Should I be worried or is he just boisterous? Any advice greatly appreciated x
