hi does anyone know the rules on couples braking up and having a joint mortgage if one moves out??? my ex partner is saying when he moves out he doesnt want to be apart of any maintance on the house! eg big jobs like windows, boiler ect ect he wants it in a contract from the solicitor i dont feel this is right as we are both on the mortgage.. and i only work part time and have 2 little kids..
