PPP please ☺️ my partner has raised my son as his own, his biological father doesn’t see him never has never paid a penny never in contact and is not on the birth certificate. I’m expecting a baby girl with my partner in a couple months time and would like to change my sons surname to my partners as a bit of a surprise. Would people think this is okay or? No bashing please, Thank you X
