What’s people’s views on this.
Separated parents do you think If say kids dad has the kids for one week at his should I have to hand over al their child tax credits for that week while he has them?? He’s on higher rate esa. For a single person and I’m on income support after paying all th debts back out of my income support I’m left with £50 a fortnight these debts are from the years I was with him he doesn’t have to worry about all them cos it’s on me cos of me still living here he’s moved counties. So it’s all left with me. I take them up to him wen he has them 3 hour train or 2hour car ride then back again. I give him bits of money to get them food n sweets n so they can go places while they’re at his. But that’s not good enough now he wants all of my kids money for the week if he’s having them. It’s been arranged il drive up and drop kids off Boxing Day n he has them for the week he’s now rang and said he can’t have them unless I hand over their money for the week cos he can’t afford it. Iv said il get food in at his but no him get the money he’s said no to that he needs their money. Iv said no and he’s cancelled now said hel have them wen he can afford it. Iv said il not help out with dropping them off or money again now and he can do it all his self. What’s everyone’s views xx
