I’m 32 weeks pregnant and suffer with SPD it hurting like hell it hurts alot more in bed wen move in bed and get out bed anyone recommend anything I can’t have physio at mo as physio falls on my scans day and i take paracetamol and nothing I hate the pain and nothing working 😞 xx
