Just looking for some advice
Awhile back I was suffering with anxiety and panic attacks I went the doctor she gave me 50mg of sertraline have a very bad reaction so came straight of them.
I’m now taking 10mg inderal (beta blockers) 3 times a day and also doing Theraphy the thing is my anxiety and panic is still very much there anyone any advice of anything else I could try feel like I’m going to be like this for ever 😢😢 thank you
