I’m just after a little bit of advise if there’s anybody that has been in a similar situation to the one I find myself in. I’ve been with my partner for 11 years we have 1 child together. I’ve been living with him for the past 9 years. My name isn’t on the mortgage or any of the house hold bills. Where would I stand if I was to leave? Would I be entitled to anything from the house or would I have to walk away empty handed?. I work but where he pays the household bills I pay for car expenses, food shopping and anything the my daughter wants. Any advise would be appreciated thanks
