Can I have a post please?

I posted a couple months ago after I caught my neighbour beating up his little puppy. He’s well aware it was me as we have a mutual friend who told me they were going to call social services on me because I got their dog taken off them. Fast forward a month – today I got a card through my door from the rspca pleading with me and my neighbours for information. I rang them today and was told that they have sufficient proof of severe injuries to the puppy to take it to court but no statement to back it up. She asked me what I saw and it completely fitted in with the injuries the vet found so they’re coming out tomorrow for a statement to prosecute him.
He is in the army and they gave him the money to buy the flat above me – will he be removed from the army after he’s prosecuted for animal abuse?? Because surely if that happens he will lose the flat? Worried about me and my children I’m in private renting and can’t afford to move.
