Can I have a PP please honey?

Today I went for an early gender scan. I am 16+1, they were able to gender my baby and it’s a boy which I am over the moon with. However the songrapher has wrote a letter for my next NHS scan at 20 weeks and stated that she struggled to visualize the Cerebellum and also there might be a misalignment in babies spine but she wasn’t sure as he was lazy and wouldn’t move and thought it might just be the position he was lying in.

I am a worried mess, has anyone else been in this position and what was the outcome?
