Can i have a ppp, i feel like iv no patience with my 5 year old, im forever snapping at him i try to praise his good behaviour but he is a VERY challenging child as most kids are but i just feel like im been mean in telling him off all the time and i think to my self right from now im going to chill out and be more laid back and then like literally 5 mins later he does something and there i go again, i just feel like im failing and i cant go back, has anyone been through this? Do i need to see a doctor i feel like i do, please no bashing im beating my self up as it is 😓😓😓
