Can I have a private post please ?
Because of my partners mental health I’m unable to go out and exercise, he wants to go out to sit in the car for hours on end so most of the food I eat is fast food we get out and about. I also have an 11 week old baby.
I find that I’m constantly eating because I have no energy what so ever and it’s always crap food as I don’t know when he’s going to want to go out so don’t get chance to cook a healthy meal.
What diets would you recommend? as I’ve put on about 7 stone in the last year (and don’t think it helps that I’m depressed).
