Hi, my ex said he needs me to sign an affidavit so he can prove to the council we are split up completely and needs to show he will be having them over at his in order to be put on the council list, also to get a place suitable. My question really is he wants to write 3 nights on it for the kids staying over each week which I personally think it’s too much, I think Saturday to Sunday would be enough for them. Do I have to stick with 3 nights if it is on an affidavit or can it vary up to the 3 nights. The kids are almost 7, 3 and 19 months and older two have been away only one night at godfathers who they prefer and the one night was enough, they are never away from me any other time and my 19 month old has never been away from me for a night but he still wants 3 nights on it. Do I have to stick to 3 nights on it or can it vary between the 3. Anyone had this? I’m in Ireland 😞
