am I being mentally abused?
my ex texts me every day from the min he wakes (about 12 to sometimes 3am) he asks how the children are. he text me accusing me of talking to his friends. he accused me of being a rubbish mum, of stopping him seeing his children, he calls me all names under the Sun, he says I’m controlling and jealous
He texts me he loves me, he misses me, he says I’m a good mum. he tells everyone I am a bitch he keeps telling me to bring the kids to see him then gets his family to start on me . his new gf threaten to hit me yesterday saying I’m harassing them.
I can’t win. one min he’s normal and we get on the next things are a mess …. help please I’m so confused
