Can i have a PPP?
I’ve posted before asking for sleep training advice for a ten month old but he’s now 18 months old and sleeps brilliantly, i now have a 7 month old that has slept through since 4 weeks but the last few weeks she’s been waking up during the night and only settling when we bring her into our bed. (We don’t want to carry on down this road because our first didn’t get out of our bed till she was over a year old then another 3 months before she would go in her own room!) So my question really is how can i help her settle to sleep without the constant pacing up and down and then keep her in her bed at night without her waking up screaming to come into our bed. Ill add she isn’t hungry we always offer a bottle and she refuses, plus she’s a big eater during the day on 3 meals and either 3 or 4 9oz bottles. Any advice would be great thanks x
