Ppp-17month old and I Co sleep goes too bed around half 7 wakes up at 8am have a nap during the day around 2pm for 40 minutes but for months he’s waking up crying/whimpering and sometimes screaming EVERY hour tonight it’s been every half hour to an hour I’m getting very frustrated with it now as nothing I do works too get him to settle..night lights,bottle of water with him all night,soothing music,and much more and nothing I’m at breaking point at the minute as my health visitor blames me for Co sleeping from day one and just tells me it will get better but when he’s been doing this for 7 months if not more someone help 🙁
