Hi can I have a private post please.

My nearly four year old has been so easy to get to sleep the past few months. Yet all of a sudden now 8 o clock comes and he is literally bouncing of the walls. Take him to bed and he’s shouting at me. He hits me and kicks me. Driving me mad because it’s not like I try to get him to bed early. I read him a book and he still bounces around. What could I do to help?
